The warmth and hospitality of everyone was second to none and the care, attention and effort Joy devoted to my massage was on point! I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone for making the experience such a lovely one, with special gratitude to Joy, whose name is beautifully fitting. I haven’t felt so relaxed and comfortable in my body for some time and didn’t realize how much I missed this feeling . Next time I am back for work I am definately going back. My masseuse Kim was very helpful and experienced. She tailored my massage to contain a mixture of a Thai massage and a deep tissue massage to meet my requirements. This is the best massage I have had in ages.read more

Fantastic salon for both massage and beauty... treatments. The staff are absolutely lovely, very professional and always very accommodating when finding me last-minute appointments. The rooms are clean and fresh, extra efforts have been gone to make the spaces COVID secure too. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.read more

This is for the lovely lady who just gave me a 60... minutes sports massage. By far the best sports massage I have ever had, applied great pressure and released tension and knots in places I didnt realise had tension. Visited for the first time today. Was really... impressed with the procedures in place to be Covid safe. The place was clean and well sanitised. Even the water offered was given as a bottle.

I traveled to Newcastle City Center and on my day... of arrival and after a 3 hour train, I was looking for a place to relive my sore back. This place delivered one of the best massages I have had to date. 90 minutes just flew by and it was a full 90 minutes and a big plus was the MT didn't leave the room until time was up. Great service and great people!read more

Had my first Thai massage there last night and it... was amazing, kate put me through some pain and discomfort but the end results felt great, I've had massages all over Europe and now have discovered this place on my doorstep.
I couldn't recommend it any higher, if your disappointed then you are a very hard person to please, staff are very pleasant and friendly.
My appointment was put back half an hour but was kept informed that they were running slightly late, it was very busy which tells you that a lot of people are returning for more treatments, I definitely will be.read more
