VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash/credit. The card and balance will expire three months from purchase. Gift Cards are valuable and should be treated like cash. If lost, they cannot be replaced. Damaged, altered or cancelled cards will not be accepted. Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions of sale, which forms your legal contract with us.
This voucher can only be used once. You are responsible for the safe keeping of this voucher and it should be treated as cash. This voucher is only valid for the treatments, location and validity period stated on this voucher. Vouchers cannot be used for any other purpose or against any other treatments or offers other than those stated on the voucher.
The voucher must be used in full at time of visit – there are no refunds for any un-used parts of a voucher. We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use of this voucher – it cannot be replaced. Once a voucher has been redeemed on our gift voucher system it is deemed to have been used and cannot be further used.
All offer vouchers must be booked in advance, stating that you are using an offer voucher and providing the voucher number. You must bring your printed electronic voucher when you visit for your treatment. If you fail to provide your printed voucher, you will be charged the normal price of the treatment and must provide another method of payment.
VOUCHER Redeem Instruction
1. State your voucher code at the time of the booking online in checkout page (Coupon Apply) or present it on arrival.
2. Gift vouchers are only valid until the expiry date displayed on the front of the voucher. Also, cannot be exchanged for cash and change cannot be given.
3. Gift vouchers which are altered, defaced or cancelled will not be accepted. All vouchers may be checked by the member of staff at the time of the booking or prior your experience
